I purchased a £500 pair of Aquazzura shoes from Farfetch in July 2023. From the first wear the gold started to peel off and on the fourth wear the soles completely melted off. I reached out to Farfetch expecting for the issue to be resolved, however Farfetch dismissed the issue as ‚wear and tear‘, despite the shoes falling well within the two-year warranty and literally only being worn a few times. Farfetch’s refusal to honour their two year warranty, offer a refund, replacement, or even a repair, is utterly unacceptable and has left me with a £500 pair of unwearable shoes. I am appalled by both the product and Farfetch’s response and won’t be purchasing from Farfetch or Aquazzura again.

I returned clothes because they had stains on them, but they accused me of causing the stains. Do they have any evidence that they sent clean clothes? You guys deserve to go out of business. I regret spending thousands of dollars on your website every year. It’s frustrating that such incompetent service can last. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support provided by Farfetch. I purchased a bag, and within a week, the strap cracked. I reached out to them on December 1, 2023, and my issue has yet to be resolved. They continuously cite delays and claim that the partner boutique is unresponsive. Their proposed solutions are either to wait indefinitely or to receive store credit. However, given the circumstances and their poor support, I have no desire to make any further purchases on their site. Every time I request a refund to my card, they offer the same unhelpful responses, showing no regard for the customer’s position. I strongly advise against using this website, as I am now left without both my money and the bag I purchased from them. Their dealings with suppliers are of no concern to me as a customer.
