This company is utterly ineffective when handling even slightly non-standard situations. For example, they once delivered just the legs of a table without the tabletop, erroneously thinking that a 250 cm tabletop would fit inside an 80 cm box. We spent a month trying to get them to rectify this mistake and they never managed to deliver the correct tabletop, but eventually, they took back the legs and issued a refund. Altogether, we wasted two months and had to live in our new apartment without a table. Now, there’s a new issue—they delivered a broken mirror. Obviously, this was disappointing, so we initiated a return. Surprisingly, a few days later, the broken mirror was sent back to me! I contacted customer support and a representative assured me he would resolve the issue and send a follow-up email. Two days have passed and I’ve received nothing. I called again, and was told it was a courier error, and they would sort it out and send a new shipping label. Yet, another two days have gone by and there’s still no label! Please address this issue urgently! I do not want to waste another month on pointless and unproductive communications with your support team, who seem to only offer empty promises. I’ve received a product labeled « used and verified » not working at all, the battery is dead, and thus the Digitec team either broke it or didn’t verified it, and now I have to wait weeks to have a it repaired despite having spent thousand and thousand of francs at this store ! Case 111850112

Their service cannot be qualified as premium but rather modest. 1. I had an order hanging for a week in this limbo state between „come pick it tomorrow“ only every tomorrow to say „unknown date“ and „supplier has to provide date“. This repeated few times on the same order just to make me give up on it. Suprise… one week of this pattern and couple of hours after I cancelled they miraculously have it available in their storage only 10% more expensive. It is questionable that at the moment I cancelled on „unknown delivery date“ they did not know they will have it already in store couple hours later (less than 12). Cheap tactics or awful logistics. Tho the price increase makes me question their credibility. They do not have large bags (they ran out of them haha), only tiny ones so they would send you home to carry your 30 by 30 cm packages (quite small) in hand.

I ordered from Digitec/Galaxus and they used Planzer Paket for shipping. Big mistake. It was supposed to be next day delivery, but I waited a whole week. And when it finally came, the package was all banged up and damaged. Really not happy with this. Both Digitec/Galaxus and Planzer Paket need to do better. Waiting that long and then getting a damaged product is just not okay. Won’t be ordering from them again if this is the service they offer.

There are no words how disappointed and upset we are. In the beginning of September we ordered a mattress from Galaxus. They sent us the wrong size… But that’s not the real problem here… Two months later they still haven’t been able give our money back and let us order the right size. After the struggle of sending back the wrong mattress and the several emails, phonecalls and a crazy amount of stress, the problem is still not solved. All we can hear is that „we’re working on it“ BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
