Cars can be good but there is not following by the sales manager to customers. While waiting for a reply about a car I was monitoring they sold it to another customer and I just received a notification from the website. When I found a new one I struggled a lot to get an appointment as well as receive additional information via email. It was not like that once I arrived there. Moreover, I asked them to change tyres from winter to summer and they charged me 30euros. The plates support were not the right one for the italian plates even though they perfectly knew I needed for italian exportation. Again, cars can be good but the lack of assistance make it hard to buy a good car if you are not an expert like I was and if you are not from the surroundings. I would suggest to purchase a car if you are from the surrounding areas but not if you need to export the car somewhere else(Padova in my case). Edit after 4 months: The tyres change was not made perfectly, the car is slightly deviating to the right with the wheel straight. They told me that they would have changed the battery but they actually didn’t. However, the battery seems to be good enough. Again, the cars are quite fine cars but there wasn’t much transparency with my purchase
