So we’ve been using Powerinsole every day for a week now in different shoes… changing them is very easy and washing them off with soapy water is all great. Just yesterday we walked our kilometers again and I have to say that somehow the pain in my feet is gone. Hopefully they keep the promise. Unfortunately, I overlooked the fact that there is a promotion when you buy 2 pieces. But it’s your own fault if you can read you have a clear advantage ;). We will order 2 more pairs so that the constant changing doesn’t get annoying.

My wife and I tested the Powerinsole. We both got foot pain which was unbearable. We sent the deposits back, we didn’t get our money back. We didn’t get the deposits back either. Very incompetent customer service. I just don’t have any more words to say about this product! Definitely not recommended! Never again!!!!! and by the way we called!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE THAN TOP! THE PRODUCTS ARE THE BURNER ANYWAY! – The customer service from the Powerinsole team is absolutely AWESOME!!!! Quick answers, customer-oriented and flexible response to inquiries! In my personal case, I was even able to get advice over the phone! I had ordered the new animal cushion (memory foam and 2 integrated chip insoles) for my cat girl, who was plagued by pain and inflammation, plus 1 pair of the insoles. Of course I wanted to have some parameters clarified and Martin from the Powerinsole team patiently and professionally took time for me – both by email and by phone. Since Naomi was feeling very poorly at the time, I asked if the pillow could be delivered to me earlier than the end of February. And this was actually made possible, a few days later Naomi was able to enjoy both the pillow and the inserts that I placed under blankets for her in her favorite places. And it was good! To this day she repeatedly lies down on the seats with the insoles and/or on the pillow for very long periods of time. From the start it was immediately apparent that she fell into a deep regenerative sleep as soon as she lay on the chips and the positive results were immediately evident. Naomi is becoming more active day by day, she moves more smoothly and easily again and you can notice that her pain is becoming less and less. She now even has pain-free days and the manual therapy, which she receives every 6 weeks, finally started to take effect from the moment she started using Powerinsole. As if her system was able to relax and thereby open up. Her doctors also noticed the striking difference and asked if we had changed anything. When I told them about Powerinsole they were enthusiastic and confirmed to me the fundamentally positive influence on inflammation and regeneration of magnetic resonance therapy. I have been struggling with piriformis syndrome and associated sciatica for years. When I’m at home or working from home, I borrow one of Naomi’s two loose insoles 😉 and place it under the painful area on the left thigh/butt half. After just a short time, the pain while sitting disappeared. Unfortunately, my power insoles are „frayed“ even though I had them properly in the shoe, and the material has also come off the gel cushion. I contacted the Powerinsole office and sent along pictures. I got an answer straight away and then after a few days, I got mail. I got a brand new replacement for my power insoles 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I am very happy about such good customer service, thank you very much. I am sticking with my power insoles because since I started wearing them, I no longer have any pain with my heel spurs. !!!
