Absolutely horrible service – No reception, always have to change APN settings manually and they charged me over 50€ for services they never provided to me… Customer service seems too outsourced to respond outside of a few pre-written lines (at least in German) Threatened me with a warning and consequences when I contacted them about the surprise billing (for, again, a service that I never got) Horrible company, despite the marketing fluff. Stay with the big box providers – You truly get what you pay for.

!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED !! I made a contract for glass fibre internet more than a month ago, and there is still no service in our home. The story got so ridiculous and absurd by now, that I decided to write my little diary of the events below. No matter how many times you will call them, no matter how many times you will write emails to them, nothing will ever happen. Unbeliveable. By far the worst service I have ever encountered from a utility provider. We just came to Austria, there are so many things we should arrange for on the internet and I´m buying one mobile data package after the other because this company is not willing to fix our internet. 19.05.2023. I ordered glass fibre net from Spusu. (MISTAKE) 27.05.2023. I received my ONT box from A1 via post. I had no router but that was no issue, since I had my own. Even though theoretically I had everything I needed to have internet, the service could not be turned on until 02.06.2023. because it is the responsibility of A1. Nobody had to show up, or do anything physically, but still I had to wait for someone at A1 click a button, I guess. This is not something I would blame on spusu but still inconvenient. I was okay with waiting. 04.06.2023. Wrote an email to the service team that there is no service and based on the instructions of the modem they provided, it is a network issue. (The leds on the modem indicated a network problem.) 07.06.2023. Been waiting for a response from spusu, but nobody contacted me. I decided to call them. The customer service asked me to take a photo of my setup, because I might have done it wrong. There are literally two things you have to plug into the modem to see that there is a network problem: 1) the power cable of the modem 2) the glass fibre cable. After plugging these in it, is immediately made clear by the leds on the modem that there is a network issue. I explained this to them. They still insisted to have a photo. They got the photo. Turns out I should have received a router, and with that it should work. Now, if you have a network problem and you expect it to be fixed by a router is like having a dried out lake and expecting to be able to swim in it if you have the right speedo on. Obviously, that´s not how it works and the technical team should be aware of that. Anyway… I asked about any other packages under my name at the post office and it turns out they have the router too. I took it home, hooked it up and guess what: STILL NO INTERNET. WOW. :O I informed them about still having no service. 09.06.2023. After wasting a week of my time, Spusu finally accepts that I was correct about the network issue, and they should send A1 to check the problem with the network. We arrange an appointment with A1 to 12.06.2023. to check what´s wrong. 12.06.2023. A1 team shows up to check what is the problem. In the apartment they check my fibre cable and they conclude that indeed it is not working properly. Turns out they need access to some technical room in the building that I have no access to. Will have to arrange another appointment, so I can let them into the technical room. The guys from A1 tell me that they will call regarding the new appointment later. 13.06.2023. I received no call regarding a new appointment the whole day, so I started calling Spusu and A1 to see when they will come back to fix our internet. Everybody is pointing at the other one. A1 refuses to arrange anything directly with me, because I´m a customer at Spusu. Spusu says they can´t do anything because they got no response regarding the new appointment. I should wait. 13.06.2023. I receive an email from Spusu, asking for the photos that I already sent them 6 days ago. 20.06.2023. Today is the 18th day, that I have no internet service at home, even though I should have. I made my contract with Spusu 1 month ago, and they still could not manage to provide the service that I paid for in advance.

We ordered the service more than a month ago, which we paid in advance. The modem still hasn’t arrived, we haven’t had internet for a month, we can’t do the work that can be done online at home. We called Spuzu several times, the administrators shook us off several times that A1 handles this part, we looked for A1, who blamed Spuzu. They have been promising to send the modem for weeks, today was the last day we waited for it. We are just hoping to get our money back, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

Horrible Service! I have been waiting since JUNE (more than a month now) for the Installation of the internet Service and still havent got a date or a technician to call me back. I call every week and the customer service doesnt have an answer or are so clueless that they send me the information and data of other customers – But they are still sending an invoice for a service is not even installed. Very disappointed, wish I could give them 0 stars.
