Honestly at the top. I bought a Kork pla’che over a year ago. Already during the purchase, since cork boards were new on the market, I had a good time on the phone. My board made and delivered on time. She kept the promises. But after more than a year the board started to slip. I called Notox, they told me “the shaper will call you”. Generally when you are told this, the shaper never calls… And 30 minutes later, a call from Notox.
