Even worse! I bought a priority ticket, rightly paying more but once we passed the boarding point they put us on a bus and we waited for other people who hadn’t taken the priority ticket to get to the plane, once we got close to the plane they opened there was only one door on the bus so those who had priority tickets including me found ourselves being the last to get off the bus and get on the plane afterwards! My question is: is this normal? I paid more to have a service but the service was given to me……….more and more tight!!!

During my trip from PARIS (Orly) to Algiers, JANUARY 22, 2024 departure at 4:45 p.m. The plane staff refused to sell me a bottle of water for €3 because they did not have any change on my Ticket . I didn’t have a credit card The man from Transavia snatched the bottle from my hand I find this unacceptable! I had to make the thirsty trip, I was a stone’s throw from Malaise. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!
