Experiences
I had a breast lift and implant with CosMediTour in Bangkok. All went well and the support was amazing. But just before my surgery I was told the option for the implant I was looking at only came in round and if I wanted tear-drop they would be $1500 instead of $650. I was also told that the surgeon would have to cut further along the bra line and remove more tissue so it would also be an extra $1500. So all in all, whilst I was in a hospital robe and was half an hour out from surgery I was told I had to pay this. I went back to my room, stressed because I kept extra money aside for surprise scenarios but was not expecting an extra $3k!! As if I wasn’t nervous enough about to have surgery. Then to be told I had to pay it then and there and they wouldn’t go ahead with the surgery if I didn’t. I eventually was able to pay half of the invoice and then the other half before I left the hospital (they came the next day). This should all have been sorted out prior. Make sure you ensure you know what possible extra costs may be involved so they don’t drop it on you minutes before surgery. My experience was great except for this. And it caused massive stress, especially post-surgery as well because I had to dive into money I had saved for that.

Went to Bangkok for open Rhinoplasty. Went on my own and have never had an operation in all my 57 years. I was very nervous but Helen then Gem from CosMedi assured me they will look after me. Well how try that statement was, car met me at the airport and everything was sorted. To have instant communication with the CosMedi rep Mutsee was a massive relief and she was 💯 % supportive and any little question or problem she had it covered. Well done 👏. Keep this lady !! The Montein hotel was grand and so clean and efficient. Hospital staff even though spoke little English were attentive and helped with any concerns.
