Just applied for a consultation. So far, the process has been very easy aside from a glitch following me signing the form. I wasn’t sure if it had gone through correctly so I repeated the process. Very happy so far

These guys are amazing at what they do. Never had any issues that’s have been their fault, been five star service all the way. I order it and it arrives pretty much the same day.. it’s quite a logistical process and they nail it every time.. your the best in the industry

Good start up and seem to care but when stock is out of stock they make it your problem they will tell you to book another appointment ($80 or so) I have refused then they get a replacement have ordered 2 weeks ago I updated then call Friday was on hold 40+ mins emailed last week Wednesday no reply. ( they also won’t refund your money). Only credit Even if it is there fault. I’m not one to put reviews in often but this has happened about 5 times since may last year. You always need to speak to a manager very time consuming especially working mon-Fri 12 hours a day.

First time interaction, took a little while, be good to know what items to have ready in advance ie Medicare card or a phone number you might need. A check list would be handy. Didn’t know it took so much information just to have a chat. This only relates to booking process. My concerns are raised after I’ve now read other reviews. I’m not sure if I will proceed with any orders.

Was good to start but have not had a single update or any tracking on my orders for months, no indication there out of stock you order out of stock products and wait weeks and if you cancel to get something in stock, throws there system out and you wait anyway. Have started using a new courier who don’t deliver to your house or a post office I’m rural and they cant tell me where it will go most likely be returned. Avoid this company they will take your money and turn there back.
