No Stars ! I ordered flowers for a function and was too embarrassed to display them . So far have sent over a dozen emails and had numerous on line chats. I asked for a refund . they offered $30 store credit – I do not want to deal any further with this company . These flowers are supposed to be a red and white Christmas arrangement !!

I will never buy Bloomex again as they were supposed to be delivered on a Monday. They said they can’t be so they had to get delivered at the end of the week on a Friday. My best friend was going through a lot and I wanted some fresh flowers delivered to her. So on the Friday we get the flowers from Monday with it and dead and also some flowers that will re-ordered, which you could say, they were old flowers. All Bloomex could do was give me a store credit I asked for a refund onto my PayPal account. Bloomex said , it’s not our policy to refund.. and that they will give me a store credit. I will never buy of them again, and I am going to check with fair trading if this is correct. I’m very disappointed in the business.

Just beautiful. They were not able to supply the orchid selection we had ordered but they called me and supplied these instead. Excellent customer service, excellent quality, happy recipient. Will definitely use again
