A group of 7 of us booked and paid for 23 day package. 3 people from our group had flights cancelled. Timed out. The day before our trip. No explanation. No return phone calls from Avon. Discusting treatment. What a horrible experience. Never, never book your holiday through them

Made the call to book our cruise & the customer service was amazing. Avon helped us book our cruise and made it effortless. We had mobile phone issues and even after she had stopped working as her shift had finished, Avon kindly called me back several times until we had a good phone line connection. She answered every question we had and was motivated and not in a rush to get us off the phone. Avon displayed real customer service and I thanked her for it.

Tried to book a holiday, I gave my payment details and everything. A friend wanted to go on the same holiday and she called them to book it, they told her my payment was declined and I never booked anything. It’s very unprofessional and it would’ve been nice to be told first if my payment didn’t go through so I can correct it. As a result the prices went up and I missed out on that deal. I ended up booking elsewhere and saving about $1,800. Take my advice and go somewhere else! Very unprofessional and don’t communicate very well.

Booked a five week overseas holiday, paid $200 deposit, then paid another $4000+ dollars 10 months ahead leaving a balance of $2000. Every time I called to speak to Julie Quirk she was out of the office. I only managed to speak to her on one occasion out of about five. I then had to cancel this holiday due to health issues within 10 days of paying the larger deposit and was advised again, Julie was away and I was going to be charged an additional $500 fee on top of the $200 fee which I understood to forfeit. No correspondence, no phone calls, no emails and you guessed it, the person that does the refunds is away on annual leave! I very much doubt that any bookings were made at all-I asked for proof of bookings and I’m still waiting. Do NOT book your holidays with this unethical company-BE WARNED!!!!!
