We’ve been with this agency for years, but suddenly this year they’re demanding documents from over a decade ago, which goes against statutory requirements. This will be the last time we use them due to their incompetence. They quoted $165 per hour and 10 hours to rebuild a loan statement, which doesn’t make sense as the statement is straightforward. We asked them to remove the initial review so a real accountant could submit our claim, but instead, they canceled the claim and didn’t provide all the data we inputted. They’re just wasting our time. Stick to mainstream services like H&R Block. Also, their poor English skills with extremely bad grammar are evident below.
