I visited the Lansvale Haval car showroom last month for the purpose of purchasing a new car, and my experience with the showroom was excellent by all standards.  Starting from the moment I entered the showroom, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by the staff, who showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right car for my needs. I had some problems completing the paperwork required to purchase the car, but the team at Haval did not hesitate to help.  Thanks to their openness and willingness to deal with any challenges that may arise, I was able to complete all procedures smoothly and effortlessly. In addition, I enjoyed the wide selection of cars on display at the show, which included a variety of models and options at competitive prices. It didn’t stop there, my car was delivered within just a few days, which made the purchasing experience even easier and more convenient. In short, I would like to thank Lansvale Haval for providing a wonderful and excellent experience, and I recommend visiting their showrooms to anyone looking for a new car with high quality and outstanding customer service.

I visited the Lansvale GWM dealer early, March, looking at options to upgrade to a Cannon ute. I was met on entering the yard by Peter, and my experience overall on the day was excellent, with all other staff being welcoming, courteous, professional, relaxed, and genuine. We’d reviewed multiple deals and options and on the day i negotiated with Peter and Andy and also other dealers in our final search and note a few other competitors within an hours radius should sit up and take note of your service standards, The Lansvale Team outshone other Sydney area competitors handsdown! *One particular close competitor’s service standards were to say the at best and this is being kind, pathetic. And initially a pretty good experience with a young male salesperson was turned sour by the yards bull headed young manager thinking he was “best in business” and telling me go find a better deal, you’ll be back. Obvious this manager/ dealer did not get my business. Not that they cared to be frank! Needless to say Peter and his manager Andy at Lansvale did the right deal on the day, and I bought a new Vanta. The following week I had a minor issue on the delivery day (a Saturday), with a plate swap, but all was sorted by Peter who arranged for a college not working, to come in on her day off to complete the plate swap so i could complete all dealings on the day and take delivery of the new car. Thanks Peter, Andy and your Lansvale Team for going above and beyond and making the overall buying experience enjoyable. Def recommend the Lansvale Team to potential buyers. Thank you Craig n Carrie.

Originally bought my car from Haval Lansvale, I was very happy with the sales team and my car. However, the servicing department is not good. When you try to contact them, no response. Always a hassel to try & book my service in. No follow up from the servicing team. Recently also had a warranty issues. It took them nearly a year to book it in (after my many follow ups) and when they did the job. Had my car for three weeks. I eventually had to get the owner of this business involved to get my car back because the servicing department, ignored all my phone calls, messages & emails. Now a month or so on… still have the same warranty issues and of course additional warranty issues and I have been trying to contact the servicing department – with no response from them at all. Now reading all these reviews and their response to customers is the same. There has been no change in their customer service & service department. My next complaint will be to Department of Fair Trading and also the Ombudsman. Despite HAVAL acknowledging this review – STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT! A month later – still no one has reached out!!
