Experiences
Very funky and cool rooftop bar! No lies, the special glass noodle bowl we had was EPIC! I would highly recommend. That coupled with drinks in a great location made this a must return bar. The furnishings and layout was really good too though I could Omah some it gets full very quickly! I honestly could rave on about the noodle dishes for a while so worth a double mention! I am also curious about the other bars/eateries in the same building and look forward to returning. As you would expect, good luck finding a park for your car, best to use public transport ☺️

Her restaurant has been on my list for ages and I finally tried it for the first time on the weekend! Firstly, I was so stunned by the decor and interiors, the room was so vibey and the colours and dim lighting gave off such a cosy feeling. Second, all the dishes and cocktails we ordered were fantastic. Especially the Sydney Rock oysters, they were so delicious, I could’ve eaten 10! Steak was also cooked so well and paired perfectly of course with the fires. I also very much enjoyed the kingfish crisp, the flavours were to die for. I’d love to come back here and try more on the menu!

Came her for my birthday and was a little disappointed. Given the price point, I expected a higher quality of food… but it was sadly just boring. The Prawn Spaghetti was bland and the Sirloin which was $48 on its own (without any sides) came out kinda cold. On a positive note, the drinks and service were exceptional, perhaps the highlight of the evening. The oysters were also amazing! Super fresh and not too expensive!

I had an amazing experience at HER Lonsdale Street! Every course I tried was delicious, and the extensive cocktail range offered something for everyone. The service was second to none, and we appreciated all the waiters going above and beyond. Although the vibrant atmosphere enhanced our experience, the restaurant’s music was unnecessarily loud, making it challenging to converse and everyone in the restaurant competing just to be heard. Nevertheless, the other highlight was the rooftop bar, where I enjoyed views of Melbourne and fantastic drinks. I highly recommend HER Lonsdale Street to anyone looking for a great dining experience with great food, drinks, and atmosphere!

It is located on the ground floor of the heritage five story building, which also houses the @musicroom_melbourne (Lvl 1), @bkk_melbourne (Lvl 3) and HER Rooftop. It is run by the group who also brought you @arboryeatery & @afloat_melbourne. 🎷 The menu is seasonal, changing frequently. You can order a la carte or opt for the HER Faves sharing menu for $80pp. If you’re lucky enough to be around for lunch Monday to Friday like we were, you can also choose to dine on their Lunch Set Menu. This includes individual snack plates, a shared main and a dessert each for just $35pp, we were super impressed with the value. Add a glass of wine for $10pp.🍷 The Swordfish tasted like a boujee fish finger, a very creative concept. The Pumpkin Hummus was beautifully textural and the Steak was nice, however needed more seasoning. Chips and Salad both enjoyable. ☺️ Overall, very happy with our lunch and would come back again to check out more of the menu, definitely would do the lunch set again! Service was very friendly, but very slow considering we were the only table in there. Finish up with a cocktail on the rooftop! ⭐️ 3.8/5 💸 $$
