Experiences

SCAM! We received ours, worked for an hour, then kept shutting down. When turning on it keeps beeping, shows a red circle and won’t work. The way the manual is written is not in understandable English. I have contacted multiple ways however no response given. Disgusting and waste of money!!

Bought three hoverboards in August, so far two have had to be returned due to being faulty. First one was dealt with quite quickly however I have been waiting 4 weeks now for the second return to be replaced. Cannot contact on the phone. 0/10 would not recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I don’t normally give bad reviews. The board stoped working, they offered to replace it with an inferior model ($200 less than the model I paid for(. I have requested a refund, they will not respond, you can not call them. Next stop the department of fair trading.

Absolutely love it! Was able to pick up early as an exception so it was here in time for my son’s birthday. Customer service was amazing online and at the warehouse, absolutely beautiful people who love what they do. Not only that, my son is Autistic. I’ve had an extremely rough time getting my son outside into the world. After buying my son the hoverboard pack, I can’t get him back inside! His found a new way to express his stimming from spinning on his board with parental supervision at all times of course. But this purchase has opened a new door for my son to see the outside world and actually enjoy it. Best purchase I have made! Now to save up & eventually order another for my daughter.

Want to give MINUS 5 stars!! This company is terrible, faulty board or charger, one hour use Max then won’t charge, automated email response, when asked for a number they say they don’t offer phone support even though they have a number listed on their website. Absolute joke of a company! Order a board through BigW is my recommendation. DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT!!!
