Had to get Insured quickly, so as I wouldn’t miss out on the temporarily held holiday reservation. Spoke to Michelle, who was very professional, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Have since read numerous reviews of InsureandGo, most of which are highly praising yourselves. I note you are also recommended by Which. The Insurance Company who my husband and I had used before on several occasions has changed hands and no longer as helpful or as professional as previously.

Had to make some changes to policy, all easy and really helpful, human, staff!! First I forgot Cruise cover as this was part of our holiday, no problem. Then gall bladder operation a few weeks prior to departure. Kept in touch and happily able to go with a small extra payment, fully expected. Thanks all.

This is a very neutral review because although the experience has been good, we have not had to use the service. So InsureandGo has a good, easy to understand site for booking holiday/travel insurance. We are in our 70s. The cost was competitive and booking was simple with documents arriving quickly after completing the application. I’d like to hope that we won’t have to use the insurance, so we have no more feedback to offer.

Prior to departure on holiday I had to visit my GP and was referred for a hospital appointment. Being honest I contacted InsureandGo uk expecting them to say they would not cover me in the event the issue with the undiagnosed problem or increase the excess. On speaking to the InsureandGo representative they immediately advised me that my insurance was void and would be cancelled. I explained it was for a minor issue which due to waiting timed was taking longer than expected. Again they stated my policy was void and would be cancelled. I only got less than 50% of the premium and I managed to get travel insurance from another (recommended by the rep) who stated they would not ensure the ongoing investigation which is fair. I have used InsureandGo for years and never had an issue before however that is the last time I will use them. Be aware of this when booking insurance? Very disappointed!
