I’ve had great success with One Flare. I started my own Window Cleaning business about a year ago and One Flare has been essential to my business growth. I now have many regular clients and referrals because of One Flare. If the person doesn’t respond to your call or message you can lodge a refund request. And One Flare have refunded my credits when this has happened. Fred at support was extremely helpful always answering my calls or messages quickly. App is very easy to navigate and use. Highly recommend. 👍

COMPLETE SCAM! I’m a small business owner as a Carpenter I signed up with oneflare exactly a year ago and was promised a no-lock-in contract, but they put me on a “1-year plan”, they said if I wasn’t satisfied, I could cancel my subscription (Lie #1). Tried to do so about 5 months in and they said I couldn’t since it was a 1-year locked-in contract. They informed me that my subscription will end automatically and that someone will contact me to confirm my end of subscription (Lie #2). They gave me tips on how to reach out to customers better. It improved only slightly, but unfortunately a lot of the leads are timewasters that end up ghosting you, haggling on the price, leave their ad up after the job is done or just decide to cancel the job (these actions use up your limited credits). Any support you need from oneflare is non-existent, I’ve emailed countless times and they never answer, the only way I got them to after a month was to threaten a lawsuit. Now, as I’ve been nearing the end of my 1-year subscription, for the month of May, I’ve sent numerous emails to them, informing them that the end of my contract is coming up on the 5th of June 2024, no response from them. The only response I received from them was asking me to rate the support from them which I never received. I checked my email now and have just seen that they have charged me another $109.00…unbelievable!! Everything they say is a lie. I definitely think I’ve lost money investing my time in them. The jobs listed, the support, the app are overall are pathetic. Oneflare scams business owners. DO NOT USE THEM! They make false promises and lie to everyone.

Beware – stay away! This company is unprofessional and a complete scam. From the first call, the salesman attempted to trick me into committing to a very expensive 12-month contract. Only when I researched myself, I realised this would be a locked in contract. He pretended not to know the terms and conditions so that he could rush me to make payment. After eventually realising the leads are useless, I gave 30 days’ notice not to renew my membership. They ignored me and charged my card about $600 without my consent. I called and emailed to demand my money back and they do not respond. I have had to write a public Google review as it seems it’s the only way they will actually acknowledge their mob of unhappy customers.

Really bad experience from tradesman and Oneflare employees. First tradesman harassed me by calling every minute, once I answered they yelled and swore, and continue to harassed me using my phone number. A couple day after Oneflare’s employee called « Max » called to « know if I still want someone for my job » even if I closed my job a week ago… I started explaining and give feedback on the experience… and once I said I found someone… he cut off the conversation and hanged out. Very bad experience. Stay away.
