I’ve been trying to complain about the defective Revitive device, which is almost 1 year old, for 2 weeks! The seller Amazon refers directly to Revitive support. There you will first hear an announcement loop, then the tape will end with the message to call back later. I tried 10 times then I got through, explained the problem, then the service employee recommended using foot cream. I pointed out that it was an electrical problem. Want to send me a return package. After 12 days nothing happened, called again, same procedure as described before! The service employee said Amazon was responsible for this. I referred to Amazon’s note that Revitive is responsible. Then he looked at his data, I was recorded and a return package was sent to me. After another 10 days nothing happened except TV advertising! I cannot recommend the Revitive! €399.00 for a device that only works for just under 1 year with catastrophic service. No thanks!!! Jürgen Lange

Where is customer service? Bought a Revitive via OTTO, unfortunately it broke after a short time, complained to Otto, but after 14 days Revitive still hasn’t responded, calls directly to Ulm lead to 1x completely incompetent employee who apparently works without a computer. Otto’s ticket number could not be checked, bureaucracy began on the second call with an invoice sent by email, etc. Man Revive! Solves the problem, you sell 1000s of them. And! I am also from Ulm This is NOT how customer service works

Customer service and durability of the device are just poor. First exchange device received after less than 3 months. Unfortunately, it also takes a long time because feedback is probably not processed immediately. After another three months the same defect again. Put the device back and wait for a solution to be found here. For this price just poor service and poor quality.
