We have used cotswolds bibury , bourton on water and oxford tour, the bus came 15 minutes late to gloucester road pick up point as it was cold to wait outside but the driver and the tour guide James was fun and nice and James gave us a lot info about Oxford, I will use this tour again , Thank you 🙏

Avoid this company at all costs. We live in turkiye and the price there for the tour we took is listed as $250 per group and they charged me $450 . There is n o way to contact them and their reviews are screened for only good reviews. They are a scam company and should be avoided

It’s a SCAM – dont’ buy anything from VIATOR We booked a private guide for a 2,5 hours tour in Louvre Museum on 29 december 2023. It was 70 euros per person, so 210 euros total. There were NO visit, and nothing private at all. The “guide” WASN’T a qualified guide, even not a guide (he told himself), but a regular guy who doesn’t even able to speak english. We barely understand what he say. We were a groupe of 30 persons. The guy took us to the museum, then explained that his job is to take us to the Mona Lisa, that after that, we have to do the visit by ourselves. That’s it. Then he’s gone. Just before he left us, when we asked about the private tour, and the 2,5 hours, he said that it’s not his job, that he is even not qualified to do that, he doesn’t had the knowledge and the certification. VOILA. How to ruin your day and loose 210 euros.

Unable to obtain my tickets due to poor connectivity, I called customer service and they said just request a refund if you haven’t used the tickets. I requested a refund through the app and was told on three occasions that a refund would not be issued. I have now disputed with my credit card. At least they’re willing to work with me

I’ve used Viator several times for tours in Poland and Tenerife and never had any issues with them. Details of the tour and your guide are sent 2 days before the tour so you can communicate with pick up or meeting points. The guides have always been very friendly. I’d happily recommend.
