Experiences

Received a package and Intelcom was the delivery company, Driver ignored sign on side door to leave packages a front door. Proceeded to pull and yank on our locked door until he was able to open it and then forcibly closed it breaking our door. We reached out and were told there was not enough evidence to show the driver at fault. The driver provided pictures of himself with the door open and the package being left and we provided pictures of the broken door. Not sure what else we could provide. If the correct door was used none of this would have happened. Tell your drivers to knock on the front door of houses, not side doors with notices in red to use the front door

Good tracking both with Amazon 1st then Intel as it traveled closer to me. I’m happy my package arrived early, on the expected date. It just strikes me odd that it was tracked the night before to an Amazon facility in the town right next to me, but at 5am it was reshipped only to travel from an Amazon carrier near me west to another facility many miles away. That made it have to travel my way yet again to get back to me. Not sure why it shipped far west when arrived the night before very nearby. At least it was delivered early and in mint condition. The delivery man was excellent to communicate with me making sure I got it ok to my door. I’m happy it arrived in such good time considering the silly extra distance it traveled to get to me.

It was simple. Arranged my pick up. Received confirmation that my package would be picked up. Received updates via text. Driver called to notify me, he was 3 minutes away. Easy hand off. Package picked up. Easy peasy ✔️

Had a return pickup with them. Got an email at 10:30am saying they’ll arrive in three hours. Called at 3:30pm and they said it would be another 2.5-3 hours before they arrive (i.e. 6-6:30pm). I left my buzzer # and phone number and waited until 8pm and still nobody. Called in today and they said the driver did come… but they didn’t call, didn’t buzz, didn’t knock. Not sure how I was supposed to know they were here? I wasted my entire day because of this, never selecting the Intelcom option again!

Good service. I had to redirect the package to another location for delivery and everyone I dealt with (couriers and Customer Service) were professional, friendly and efficient in making sure it got done. Tracking system was good too.
