Product were quality and met my expectations. I have been wanting to set up an air hose and drop outlet above my bench for awhile and was happy with the pricing I found on Vevor. Shipping reasonable in delivery considering you are using 3rd party.

Also false information that said this machine can process 5kg of meat. After 2months of having difficulty using it, I only processed about 4lbs of meat and it was broken already, the rotor had a bad smell, i believed the rotor was burned inside. And customer service keep delaying exchange the new one, and keep asking me to follow their stupid instruction more and more, now they ask me to tear down the machine and record all the video step by step, its been nearly 2 months the problem has not been solved, wasting my time and money, also bring me frustrated …. Never ever want to buy anything from Vevor again, since the product is bad but nothing compared to customer service, it is frustrating, really really wasting my time…

It took little time to get used to it, I used a rod for support when I used the camera for a long away target ( as any tool you have got to make it work the best for your needs). 100% I would recommend it.

Great product, price and service! It worked great for the 1st time using it. There’s a little bit to get used to how fast it goes after using a crank one. But once we got used to it, it was great. Then had a mishap after transporting it, my husband forgot he put the extra tubes in the large pot. When he went to lower the plate for storage, it bent the presser plate. The presser plate was bent, completely his fault. I contacted the company, let them know what happened, and the emails and texts started. As some else reviewed, it is a process, but they handled exactly what we needed. Kept in touch the entire time. We had to deal with the time difference and a Chinese holiday delay. But we got the needed part, no charge! We couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend the stuffer and the company!
