Experiences
Worst experience ever in my life !!!!!!!! First, I paid extra money for my seat (with table), of course my seat was already occupied and I got the seat for disabled people which was very uncomfortable!!! Second of all and the most important, after a small break of couple of minutes, the driver left the fuel station without some passengers 😑😑😑 They were running after the bus and he refused to stop and take them. WHILE ALL their luggage were still in the bus. His answer was “sorry, to late”. I am in shock after this experience and for sure I will never use FlixBus Again!!!! P.s to mention, the driver was a young man who was speaking only france (he was definitely not a france as origin) and very very arrogant!!!

Absolutely unreliable and pathetic service. I had booked a bus from Amsterdam to Paris via Flixbus for 11:50PM. The bus never arrived and we were waiting there for almost 30 mins prior to the departure time. I checked with the driver in the arrivals section where the bus leaves from and he said “right here”, so we continued to wait. Around 11:57 PM, we checked the live tracking and it showed a fake status that the bus had just left 2 mins prior. There was no bus at the departure point and especially since it was the start of the journey, the bus should’ve been there at least 15 mins before leaving. I tried to reach out to Flixbus directly but they keep sending the same email asking for details of the booking. We ended up taking a Blablabus the next day to just get home.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The bus from London to Lille was delayed by 12 hours. We were give a meager 10€ to spend on food and drinks, while we had to spend the night in the port terminal at Dover. We were given nothing else. People missed connections, had to book alternative transportation, and all we were given was 10€. Terrible. Refunds for the hotel I had to book (since I was left stranded due to the delay) hasn’t been processed yet, 3 months after I initially contacted customer services. Every new email I receive from them (which takes about 2-3 weeks) is from a different agent, and as they don’t seem to bother reading the whole conversation, start the refund process from the beginning. Worst customer service ever. I will never use their services again. Please avoid.

Never in your life use flixbus! This company is a trash. We were supposed to go from Marseille to Paris on the fixed day but apparently they changed the day not the hour and didn’t even inform us only at the last minute. So we paid extra to change the day and that was not all. The bus got delayed 1h10m and when it arrived they told us to sit wherever we wanted even though we had our seats mentioned on the tickets. We sat randomly and started to move when on the way the bus stopped for the gas and it never continued again. Because it showed that there was a problem with the bus. They tried to check what was wrong but didn’t understand anything even after calling for a help. So we stayed in the middle of the road for 5h at night during winter because guess what the door of the toilet was not shut properly. The end I hope this was enough proof not to use this company ever in your life.
