What a beautiful hotel. Everything about my stay was perfect. The public transportation is literally outside the front door! The entire staff went above and beyond my expectations. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The bartenders were so fun (Laura and Shavidu). I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Paris. Thank you for your GREAT service.

I recently stayed at this Hotel with my daughter and it was excellent!! The staff was super friendly and helpful and they made us feel comfortable and safe. The hotel was very central and the metro was super close. We were able to take the metro to Eiffel Tower and Louvre with clear directions from Ugo. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone especially Families. Enjoyed every bit of our stay! 10 stars!! ⭐️

The hotels location was absolutely perfect for us to get the metro anywhere we wanted to go and also grab food or coffee easily right outside the hotel. The reception was really helpful and they even surprised our bride + groom with a special gift in their room after the wedding! The concierge was able to help us find a restaurant nearby willing to take our big group as well!

The hotel is big and has all the amenities of a Crowne hotel. The check in person was nice, friendly and attentive. It has modern decor look with a large lobby, a bar and a restaurant for breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast during our stay, there are plenty of options and the staff is nice and attentive. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well kept. The bathroom is separate from the shower, which makes it convenient. They do need to get better ventilation, after taking a shower it gets pretty humid inside the room. Note – the AC does not work during the winter. If you tend to sleep with an icy room, the best you can do is open the window. I personally like it warm, but one person in our party would’ve liked that the AC worked. The area is nice due to being able to find various restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies within walking distance. We used uber during our stay, so I can really say much about how close public transportation is or if it is easy to access. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

I loved the location, very central to everything. The metro is right next to the hotel. The staff were so helpful. I had an issue with my box lock, it got jammed and stuck I think from the airport movements and they went above and beyond to help fix it. We had a 6am flight to Rome, we had to leave the hotel by 3.30am and we were given a bag of muffin, mini juice, yoghurt, cookies and bottled water as complimentary takeaway for our breakfast. Check in is 3pm, unfortunately we couldn’t get early check since our flight arrived early because our allocated room hotel was still occupied on our arrival. Oh and their breakfast buffet was very rich with so many varieties and options to choose from. Oops, I forgot to get pictures because I was always getting to breakfast very late🙈. My room, shared by a girlfriend and I was very spacious.
