Did not provide the services and refused to issue the refund I rented a car from BudgetAir through Car Trawler for $189 but never received the car or a refund. I arrived at the airport at 3 am and found no one there to assist me. Despite following all instructions and attempting to contact the car rental desk using the provided number, I received no response. After a 2.5-hour wait and a 22-hour flight, I had to take a taxi to my hotel. When I reached out to them a few days later, they requested my flight ticket information, which I provided. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I didn’t show up. I insisted that I was there and followed all instructions but got no response. I filed a bank claim, but they repeated the same story to my bank, making it harder to get my money back. It’s been two months of trying to resolve this with no resolution in sight. I advise against using this service – they partner with frauds, and by using this services you risk to loose a lot ore than you save.
