Ive been a happy client of Johnson Insurance for years with no issues whatsoever. They even reduced my payment when I added tenant insurance. Belair has now taken over and my tenant insurance has already gone up by almost $200 for no reason. My auto insurance is also up by $190. How do you expect to keep clients this way? I waited on the phone for over an hour to cancel my insurance and was told I need to call back in April -__- Needless to say I’m not impressed and will be getting my insurance elsewhere. At least the representative I spoke to was pleasant.

I received my car/home renewal and was surprised and angered that my car insurance had gone up by $25 per month. We have been long time, loyal customers and have never had a claim. I called Belairdirect and spoke with Aaron Thomas who unfortunately got the wrath of my frustration. He was so kind and spoke to me like I was a friend rather than a business client, the entire interaction really warmed my heart and made me realize that there are still people in the world that care….very humbling. He also went above and beyond to help lower my monthly cost and was able to lower my overall monthly bill by $35! Aaron is truly what great customer service is all about and that’s so hard to find that these days. Belairdirect is so lucky to have this employee! Thank you Aaron.

I left belair because they didn’t take my 2nd car telling me that it is a 20 years old, however it is the same car as my first one. To insure a 2nd car with another insurance company i had to take off my 1st one with belair. I called them to cancel my policy 2 days after my monthly payment was processed. Talked about 30 min explaining situation and asked about last payment refund. They kept apologizing, but with no result.
