Bought the 13 piece set over a year ago. LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans. Everything cooks so great and even! Today I had some flaking in the inside of one of my sauce pans. I jumped online filled out the amazingly easy form to submit a warranty and within 30 minutes, it was approved and a replacement is on the way! Talk about superior customer service! If you are on the fence, what are you waiting for! These are worth every penny and when they say lifetime warranty, they are NOT kidding! Highly recommend

Honestly, the pans have been great. Super easy to season and use. We decided to buy a set for us during their Black Friday deals, we purchased the 12 piece pot and pan set. However, we noticed some fading on the 8” pan and noticed it was getting harder to sauté or cook as food was sticking pretty heavy to the pot, so we put in a warranty request and they are sending us a new pan. Wow. The customer is definitely top notch and we plan to stick with them for a while. Our other pots and pans have been great without issues! Highly recommend HexClad.

I bought every pot and pan they offer over the last 4 years and have gotten them for my adult children. They are the best hands down and make cooking so much easier and enjoyable. I did recently have an issue with the pots and reached out for help and have never had a better and quicker response to resolve a problem. I have and continue to recommend these.

We had the hybrid 12 piece set for a few months and noticed some fading randomly in a few of the pots. I reached out to customer service just to make sure they were still safe to use as we have enjoyed them and instead of just telling us they’re still safe to use they responded by sending us replacement pots and pans. I would recommend these to anyone they have been very dependable and the others have been great. They stand by their product and take care of their customers.
