Experiences
Booked a room last minute and was accommodated by helpful staff. The room had a double bed, a vintage decor, and a tiny footprint. The large window let in ample light and opened to the busy plaza below, which was quite loud until the early hours of the morning.

The room had a no-smoking sign on the back of the entrance door. However at the moment we entered the room, the cigarette stench was unmissable. When we asked for a room change, the receptionist refused us unpolitely. The other receptionist (day-time) was rude too, when we asked to check out later. The online photos of the place are not true to their essence, and the comments left are not truly realistic. The location of the hotel is good. In our 1.5 days in Paris. We never used any kind of transportion. We love walking a lot though, so don’t expect it to be the same for you.

This hotel doesn’t deserve any stars. Really small and old rooms.we requested to change our room to a bigger one and when we came back to the hotel the room was not ready( they asked us to put our luggage in the lobby in the morning) so we had to go and find anothe hotel.we still haven’t got our upfront paid money back. Unhelpful staff that lied to us when we asked them about towels and then have been told that it is not thier job to give us anything. Really small elevator that only fit one person with a small bag. I don’t recommend staying there even if the location looks tempting( alot of better hotels in the same area)

We expected to stay 5 nights, but the room was just too small for us to enjoy. We had to move the furniture around just to open our suitcases. Even after that, it was hazardous to move around. The hotel also claims it has an elevator, but be prepared to lift your luggage up a flight of stairs because the elevator begins on the second floor and barely fits a suitcase. We ended up canceling our reservation.

Nice staff, fantastic location, smallest elevator you’ve ever seen and it is after you had to climb up a few steps with all your luggage. After recieving a small room we complained and they upgraded it to a much bigger and better room. Could be cleaner but it is fair. There’s a supermarket right outside, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and all the good things you can find in the center of the center. Be careful at the metro (ther’s a station right across the street) and keep your money safe and hidden because they will rob you if they can.
