This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. I will NEVER be ordering flowers from Bloomex in the future. I ordered flowers to be sent the next day, which was $20 in shipping, and the flowers did not arrive until 4 days after the intended date. I proceeded to call Bloomex everyday as the courier was not able to locate the recipient’s address and sent it through multiple couriers…the same bouquet of flowers from 4 days prior. The recipient received a dead bouquet of flowers. $70 and 4 days later. Apparently the “best” that this establishment is able to is offer a store credit. This is NOT acceptable by any means. As a business, your customers should not have to pay for your logistical shortcomings. It is simple: if you are not able to provide services to a certain area, DO NOT SAY THAT YOU CAN. Disappointed is an understatement to describe this experience.

Total RIP OFF! Got 29 flowers for the super-sized (extra $30) anniversary designer IV flower collection (The base version has at least 24, so for 30$ i got 5 more roses! Sweet!). They sent the wrong balloon (they sent the cheaper balloon, because of course they did. Scammers). They couldn’t even deliver it at a reasonable hour. Way better to just go and by 24 long stem roses from Metro or loblaws: much better value. I thought I was going to get a special arrangement. It was blah. Supposed 60 X 50 cm. It isn’t even close: absolute lie. I think this is what pisses me off the most: it wasn’t even close. Oh I’m sure you could “spread it out” to meet their fake specs (though I don’t know how you could add the height!), but that is just false advertising. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will regret it.

Lack of Effort and Care from Bloomex Ordered the Designers Valentines Special ($80) bundle and kept in mind that im never going to get the same flower arrangement of what the photo looks like, however, the description states the following: “Bouquet includes Designers choice of either a beautiful mix of at least 24 stems of assorted Valentines theme flowers or a single type of flower, like Red Roses and Full Size Valentines Card.” Now I wasn’t expecting a bouquet of roses to be delivered, but the flowers my partner received looked nothing like the romantic “Valentine’s Day” themed bouquet mentioned; instead, they looked more like a generic spring arrangement. Maybe I just ordered too late and this was all that was left? The flowers are pretty, just nothing to what I expected would fit a Valentine’s Theme. The “Full Size Valentine’s Card” that was supposed to convey my message was nothing more than a printed message on the back of a coupon, which completely ruins the sentimental value of the gesture. I guess nothing screams love more than a heartfelt message on the back of a 20% off returning customer coupon, right? Wrong… Description should be changed to “Full Size Coupon with Message”, because there is an option to add-on a ‘Full-sized card’, and I would sure hope its the real thing for that one. Additionally, the bundle was supposed to come with plant food to help keep the flowers fresh, and even has instructions on how to add it in, but of course that was also missing from the package along with the add-on red vase I ordered for an extra $12.99, That I’m now told was ‘confirmed’ to be shipped, still waiting on proof of how this was confirmed. And to top it all off, delivery was late. Was not same day shipping by any means. Overall, I am nowhere near satisfied with the quality and presentation of the Valentine’s Day flower bundle from Bloomex or the effort they put towards their customers. Would not recommend…

Beware!! The arrangement that was sent to our very sick friend in the hospital looked nothing like the picture posted on Bloomex’s website. I have posted a pic of what we thought we were getting vs what was received. We paid for the upgraded bouquet which this was anything but. To top it off our get well wishes were printed on the back of a 15% off coupon. I do not have words for how tacky this is. When I contacted the company with the same pictures in this review their response was that what was sent met their policy and the best they would do is give me a partial credit which is useless since I will never use them again.

Recently placed an order on Bloomex to have a bouquet sent to a friend while I was out of the country. I received pictures of the flowers… dead and dried on the date of the delivery. Completely unacceptable and also irresponsible on the company’s part. I called bloomex to express it & all I was told is “you had the flowers delivered on x date and you’re complaining 3 days later.. our policy requires you to complain within 24 hours. It is in our website “. I’m not placing an order and monitoring the condition of the flowers with the expectation that they will be dead! I called / emailed when I got the chance. The best they can offer is a store credit. Why would I want a store credit to a store I wouldn’t trust again. I spent $60 for flowers to be delivered dead & the customer service representative to lack professionalism. After reading these reviews, it honestly checks out. I am extremely disappointed & unimpressed.
