Reno came for a service call, advised me that it’s time to change the boiler system. Charles the salesman came and was very professional and fantastic to deal with. He answered all my questions and very fair pricing. Then came Solji the installer with his partner Jacob they were the icing on the cake. He was knowledgeable and patient as he answered all of my questions. He arrived at my house exactly as planned and worked late on a Friday to ensure the job was completed properly. He removed the old furnace and my basement was properly cleaned after the installation. Gordon is a true pro and it is obvious that he cares about his work. Thank you Gordon.

Dan F. and Wes S., furnace and air conditioning technicians from Enercare, were excellent. Arrived on time, polite, neat, worked expertly in a very confined space to replace a 22 year old furnace and air conditioning unit. Kyle B., marketing rep, spent a considerable time explaining the details of the rental/lease deal. They had to return a few days later to complete the air conditioning installation. I would recommend them for future jobs.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. I called in for an annual maintenance cleaning and was booked same day. Only a short 2 hours later Ben came to inspect and clean my furnace. He was extremely professional and tidy. After completing his work Ben went over a few things for me and when to keep in mind going forward. He was very informative and made some solid recommendations for me. Ben was great and delightful. He explained everything very clear and easy to understand.
