Jacqueline was a superb customer service agent. Asking me if she can call me by my name, ensuring I have answered my security questions, and assisting me through my new client questions. All of my questions were answered, and she sounded extremely confident. As for Flexiti, it’s still new for me, but my experience this far has been welcoming, and easy. I made my purchase of a new mattress through Leon’s. I have no regrets.

Carl was very helpful. He was to the point and patient. He walked me through the process of re-registering my account. I had an old address attached to my account and I was unaware and he brought that to my attention and helped me change it to the correct one. He also explained the way in which the payment of a new purchase and interest would incur on my account. I recently found my account to have been debited after paying my account in full. I was a little upset as the payment had not come out for months which was the entire reason I decided to pay it in full. However! After speaking with the customer service department, I realized it was not even their error and I had set them up on my own as a auto payment. They were very helpful and I received my money back well under the 3 week timeframe. Very accommodating team they have.
