DO NOT use this company for your travel. I booked travel and canceled it within 24 hours. All travel is fully refundable if canceled within 24 hours of booking. The site told me my booking is canceled but the refund will not be processed for 2 months. I waited the 2 months and the website says the refund has been processed but it has not appeared yet on my card. A month has gone by since the site said the refund has been processed. I tried the online chat and it says to call a number. I call the number and they say they’re sales dept and to use the online chat. It just keeps going in a loop where no one actually helps and you’re just stuck in the middle trying to figure out how to actually get your refund. Would advise you to not use this scam company for any of your travels.

Be aware. Stay away. The money you pay for seat selection is only partially refunded if you don’t get the assigned seat. I paid $120 for a seat selection. I did not get the seat. I was only refunded $15. They have no phone number to complaint. Only test messages with unprofessional and inexperienced staff. This is daylight robbery.

They are great as long as you’re buying but it’s like they torture you if you have to cancel. I bought a refundable flight online and my wife decided she wants to go with me. You can’t add a person to the reservation so you have to create a new one. I bought the new reservation and went to cancel the first one. I used the chat feature and they told me there would be a $460 charge to cancel. I read the fare rules and didn’t see anything in there about that. So I decided to call and found that you can’t talk to a person unless it’s within 24 hours of booking or 72 hours of the trip so I went back to the chat and said it was a medical reason and they connected me to a person who, after many delays finally told me they could cancel for a charge of $200 per passenger (as if multiple passengers was more effort or something). I protested to no avail and they finally told me I’d receive a credit in 4-6 weeks. Then he said to give him 5 minutes to complete the transaction (after he’d already been working on it for ay least 20 minutes. So the whole cancellation took about 45 minutes (not counting the 4-6 weeks to get the refund. I will never use them again. Oh and then here’s the kicker. They told me 4-6 weeks to get the refund and then the confirmation email says 6-8 weeks. It was worth the $200 to find out what a shady operation they are.

I wish I could give a ZERO star. They torture you for several days, You try to call them, after answering several questions they still don’t let you talk to someone! they will lead you to a text message ( to a BOT not a real person!) and it will only say I do apologize, once you text that I’m going to cancel my booking then BOT will let you to text to a real person! Still you cannot talk to someone! At the end! they may give you your E.ticket! This is when you try to contact them if you don’t contact them you may not get your ticket at all!

ZERO STARS IF THE OPTION WAS AVAILABLE. I should have asked my family to read some of these reviews before booking. I am extremely disappointed with Flight Hub’s service. My moms flight was changed without any notification, causing me to miss important appointments and incur additional expenses. Despite the error originating from Flight Hub’s side (as it was their responsibility to notify us), they are trying to pass the responsibility onto the airline. Moreover, my travel companion, was due to be back home with her children and at work tomorrow morning. This sudden change has caused her family to adjust their work schedules and has impacted her greatly. This situation is more than just an inconvenience; it has caused significant disruption and stress. The lack of accountability and disregard for their customers’ well-being is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering using Flight Hub to do your research first. Sky scanner has never provided service like this, sorry I made the incorrect choice this time.
