Just talked to a receptionist regarding a problem after treatment that their public liability insurance is dealing with. Their insurance needs some more information from us regarding the current state of the teeth to compare with the end treatment and finally prove that the teeth moved back. They also need a quote to know how much would cost a new treatment to put back the teeth the way they were at the end of the treatment. The receptionist just said she wouldn’t provide any of the requested information to her own insurance and also wouldn’t make a quote since she will refuse the client for a new treatment. She added that the client will have to look for a new orthodontist if wanting to get the teeth back to where it was at the end of the treatment. I sincerely never heard anything like that before 😕 Also don’t expect to have somebody speaking English to explain correctly what is done or the instructions that will need to be followed by you. (Which will surely lead to movements of the teeth in the future) Somebody that speaks good English will be there for the first appointment to make the quote and contract though. Unfortunately have to call a lawyer now to solve the issue 🫤

Dr. Issembert and staff were incredibly generous and helpful when my 12-year-daughter had a mini-ortho emergency. My family was in Paris for a short vacation when my daughter’s wire broke and was severely poking the inside of her mouth. We do not speak French and the whole office was very accommodating, made us feel very welcome and were able to help us on the spot. Dr. Issembert was kind enough not to charge a fee for this service despite the time and effort it took his team to help us. I highly recommend him and his staff.
