It used to be the best payment method, now it’s a disaster. Since last year the account has not been working even though all invoices have always been paid on time. I contacted the service department twice, but unfortunately they did not solve the problem. The third attempt at contact took place in November 2023 and now in January 2024 I am still waiting for contact with a specialist who was supposed to contact me within 1-2 days. Complete lack of respect for customers.

AVOID! I bought flights, paid in full, the flights were cancelled, Klarna refunded me but then they have been trying to take my money for months, money I don’t even owe them. I call them and they say “oh you don’t owe anything, account should be closed, we don’t know why we keep harassing you, sorry it won’t happen anymore” but then they keep harassing me, even have threatened me in a letter saying they will ruin my credit score and hand me over to debters?! On money I don’t owe them. Had to get a lawyer and ombudsmen involved now. They harass, falsely accuse and have zero in house communication!! Avoid them! Clear Pay are better no issues!

Worst customer service experience ever! Klarna failed to process my refund. I reached out to customer service multiple times over a month and a half. They eventually charged my account the full amount for the returned order. I even contacted them on Instagram, and although they replied, they couldn’t assist me. They directed me to the support team on the app. It’s incredibly frustrating! 🤯 Respond to my messages and refund my money already! 🤬

highly dishonest, they cheat you when you try to pay! a message appears saying that there was an error in the payment attempt. then after two months you find yourself with a debt collection agency that invites you to pay penalties added to the cost of what you purchased. you try to talk to operators, and when you put their mistake in their faces, they disappear into thin air, closing all conversations. don’t be fooled!!

Terrible experience ordering from COS. Tried to place an order of 6 items, but the site froze during payment. 150e taken, no order. Tried to order again, some products already gone. 150e taken again, no order. Tried to reach out to someone, who said this must be a bug and to use the pay later function for now. Went back to order, only 2 of the original 6 items were still available due to the payment issues. I reached out to Klarna about the payments taken from my bank account. They said this can happen and would be booked back automatically but this can take up to 2 weeks. I told them this is a long time to wait for so much money and they said usually it takes around 1 week. After 2 weeks, I still did not get my money back. I reached back to out to a service agent, who informed me the money is already back in my account as this happens automatically and if it is not there to contact the bank, even though I can see clearly I didn’t get anything back yet (and this has nothing to do with the bank, Klarna has my money). After 2 weeks of waiting, turns out I need to call a specific team to get this resolved. A lot of waiting without any responsibility on Klarna side or any resolution.
