Experiences

I tried to call Koodo directly and it’s such a hassle (usually you have to leave a callback number). I was looking for help with easy roam questions. I ended up calling this Kiosk in the mall and the employee, Daniel, was very helpful and knowledgeable. That’s my limited experience, but I had a informative and quick phone call and got all my questions answered.

Steven from Richmond Hill was very helpful, pleasant and informative. He answered all of my questions with great enthusiasm. It’s too bad he mentioned that since i was ordering my phone through another salesperson’s email that I wasn’t able to do the transaction through him or else I would have done it without hesitation. Unfortunately I did have one negative and that’s not his or Smartcell’s fault. I would have preferred to pick up my phone instead of getting it shipped to save the shipping cost and because it’s taking longer than I would have liked, but understandable because of COVID.

I was in today picking up my phone that was sent out for repairs. I ask the guy working if he could put on my glass screen protector for me, he totally did it with a smile. I walked out tried my phone and it still had the same issues, brought it back in and let him know and he went above and beyond trying to fix the problem. Ultimately his hands are tied in my situation but he definitely pulled out all the stops to help. Top notch guy, koodo is lucky to have such a great employee!

I was assisted by a very competent young salesperson who sold me my replacement phone and set up my new phone. His help was much appreciated. Calvin helped my boyfriend and I set up our phones, and he was an absolute star. Super professional and really helpful. I can’t say anything with regard to the service of Koodo mobile, because we haven’t had the phone plans for very long, but his customer service was 10/10 with rice.
