Experiences
I am a new customer, and am already having issues with this company. I was told after I made my first payment I could call and change from bi-weekly to monthly payments. So I called and was told it was all set up. Two weeks later another payment was taken. I called and got yelled at, hung up on multiple times and transferred to extensions that never get answered. The second day I try to get this resolved more of the same. One person did say she saw the notes but it didn’t get set up in time. I never got an email from the person that set it up confirming. Turns out they STILL had my email wrong. I had talked to three people previously to get it fixed. The customer service agents working there are lazy, rude and don’t do their job. They do not care about anything. Why do they still have jobs? Is there no quality assurance??? The last agent I spoke to Naomi was willing to help me. She got the date changed for my payments and followed up with an email. It’s sad there was one agent out of at least 10 others I dealt with who actually treated me with respect. I am now shopping around for a new lender. I would not recommend this company.

Zero stars. Do not recommend. Most people go to LendCare as a last resort, because they cannot get approved anywhere else. LendCare takes advantage of that. So they give you an impossible interest rate, and then raise it another 10% when you miss a payment. Good news though, they can offer you insurance/warranty for an extra monthly fee, and then turn it into another $5,000 loan that you didn’t realize you were signing for. So now you have 2 loans at ridiculous interest rates that you can never pay off. Learn from our mistakes, if you can’t get a loan anywhere else, then maybe you shouldn’t be getting a loan.

The customer service is an absolute joke… When I reached out for assistance, I was met with rude and unhelpful representatives who seemed disinterested in resolving my concerns. Not only were they unresponsive to my inquiries, but they also provided conflicting information, leaving me frustrated and confused. It was as if they had no training or knowledge about their own products and services. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by LendCare’s customer service team made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. Avoid this company if you value timely and courteous support.

I called to have my cash loan moved to the same day as my car loan which was two days later. I spoke with a guy named Steve Ext number 4149 and he said no problem I can move it. He said it would add 10 cents to move it and an email confirmation would follow. Never got the email confirmation and when I called him back he told me I’d have to pay an extra 27 dollars a month just for moving a loan from a Wednesday to a Friday. Not only is Lendcare a terrible loan company they have Morons like Steve working for them🤷🏻♂️ Don’t be like Steve…Steve’s a moron 🤷🏻♂️😃

There’s plenty of other banks that will help you a thousand times more than these people. Source one that’s a much better bank and they helped me way more than these criminals ever did. I wish google had a lower rating for horrible businesses like this one.
