We had discussed solar over the last few years, but didn’t know enough to commit. Michael showed up and did a great job of explaining how they design the panels for our roof and how many required for our electrical needs. And lots of room if we want more panels. There was no pressure to do the install, but it felt like a good fit for us. A whole team showed up to make sure everything would be done safely before the install. The install was done quickly and clean up was great. Dakota was great in helping us with the Greener Homes loan portal, which got confusing at times. We are seeing the results with our hydro bill dropping and we love the app to see how much energy we are saving daily. We are very happy with My Solar.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon and Fahad yesterday in person. Down to earth Gents. Tristan, another My Solar team member, is just phenomenal! I don’t know all who was present on the day of delivery/installation but I can tell you they were polite and tidy. Communication via email with mostly Jessica was at the very least prompt and professional. When issues were brought up, answers including assistance followed shortly after. I really think they take feedback seriously. Connecting with Brandon took their customer service to another level, positively. I’m a bit weary though dealing with the company they chose for financial assistance. Hope they change it soon as that can be a potential downside for My Solar. My Solar, all the very best to you as your company grows. Keep it real including honest.
