Experiences

Enjoy with caution. As a house seller you are only a service provider. Appointments are poorly coordinated. Telephone numbers will be passed on to interested parties without consultation. Appointments are also attempted to be passed on to the current homeowner before the purchase is completed/money is received. Money doesn’t arrive on the date specified in the KV, and you act as if that could happen and try to avoid paying late payment interest. Concept good. The rest, well. Maybe we also had bad luck with the person responsible here. But we don’t need this experience again!

Nobody answers, nobody responds to emails, they are very quick to raise rents, but if you as a tenant need something, they are unreachable. Our dishwasher has been broken for over a year. Emails ignored – phone is not even picked up. I would advise against it for everyone!

An incredibly good concept! The MA at OWNR are very nice and helpful. The idea could revolutionize the housing market and get many people into their own homes without having to raise a lot of capital that, if available, could be used for other purposes in such a project. Apart from a few teething problems at the beginning, we are very satisfied and feel very comfortable. It took less than six weeks from the initial viewing to the leasing contract and another eight weeks until the keys were handed over. Excellent!
