You should always pay attention to complete information about the driver or passenger since there may be unforeseen nuances… but in general, everything is wonderful!!

I used their service to go from Montreal to Toronto. The driver changed the location the same day and I have to run with my luggage to the second location. He refused to take me in his van and called me rude in my face just because simply I complained about the location. I had to pay for another ride and an uber to get there. The company got back to me after ten days! They told me that it was a no show client and did not reimburse me! Honestly, there is no phone client service for this company, they reply to your emails after 5 days and they do not support you in no ways. I do not recommend this company at all and I am filing a complain against them. Do not use this service at all. The company does not take care of the customers.

I used this service to get my mom to Edmonton to Calgary after she missed her bus Christmas Eve. The driver messaged me with the address of meeting spot and I replied 3 minutes after confirming that she will be there. My mom got a cab to the location and was there 10 minutes early just to have the driver cancel literally 2 minutes before she was suppose to leave. He didn’t even bother to respond when I asked him why and that she was already there. So she had to get another cab to get back home. Support was no help, as they said you can’t make an account for someone else except my mom doesn’t know how to do this so I had to do it for her. So not only was she out $40 from cab fare but she didn’t get to spend Christmas Eve with her grandkids. So beware, rides are not guaranteed and drivers are able to leave you stranded with no explanation or reason.
