Worst customer care service even though the tagline says we deliver promise. The promise is not delivered. I was suppose to receive the package on April 26th and the delivery agent just rang the bell and by the time I went to open the door which was approximately 5 mins the person left by leaving a note failed to deliver. I dont understand the point of giving the contact number as the person is not even calling before updating as failed delivery. Since this is an urgent document I requested for pickup through customer support and the pickup was confirmed. The next day when I went for pickup they are saying the package has gone for redelivery and they missed to cancel the redelivery. Want kind of customer service is this, as I had taken a day off from my work to pick up the shipment. Now I have to wait again for the redelivery which I am curious what is going to happen next.

The worst customer service in store and place to deal starting from the delivery and the in store service I wish google have no star for this place. I had to come twice to this place because of the afternoon customer service. I am wondering why hiring someone how do not care for their customers. Where is the problem is it Do they not have a manager to check on the progress of things? Do they not have anyone who cares or reads these reviews? Oh, my dear. There are people who do not appreciate the blessings that he or she has. I hope you appreciate that you are a service company you need to serve your customers better and please hire someone who will care about your business and always do what you are What you expect from others. If you want good words, do good work. Please consider this an official complaint. Please improve the service inside the store and in the delivery process

This company is grossly incompetent and unreliable. I cannot count the number of times I have had a problem with them. In spite of reporting the issue multiple times, the same problems continue to recur. I would highly recommend online retailers to refrain from using Purolator’s services. In the past, I received notices many times that an attempt to deliver my parcels have been made when in fact no such attempts were made. In fact, no effort on the part of the delivery drivers was made to USE THE CONDOMINIUM DIRECTORY to contact me. Instead, they falsely and deceptively reported that the ‘recipient was not available.’ I believe this is a depot issue and speaks to the lack of common sense and competency of the drivers working there. I recently purchased an oversized item weighing 82lbs coming from BC. So I have been waiting for this item over one week to arrive. Lo and behold, the same issue was encountered (2024/02/26). I ensured that my buzzer code was provided on the address field. So they had it yet decided to indicate that ‘the recipient was unavailable.’ When I contacted customer service I was advised that the reason that code was used was because a single driver was working and was not able to deliver my package because of its size! Yet no attempt at contact with me was made! Instead, they just drove off and decided to say nobody was available. Why then does Purolator undertake to deliver packages of all sizes for their clients if they are incompetent to fulfill those deliveries? Furthermore, customer service took down my phone number and advised the driver to call upon delivery attempt (today). We’ll see about that! They also told me my package may or may not be delivered as the (incompetent) depot must make the necessary arrangements. As it stands right now, my package shows as ‘out for delivery.’ Will Purolator be able to follow basic instructions and fulfill its commitment and promises, that is the question…. If not, you will be hearing from me again, that I promise…. Update (2024/02/27): The cat-and-mouse game continues. No attempt at delivery made whatsoever. The package was on the vehicle for second attempt at delivery today and was simply taken back to the sort facility without any contact made. When will I receive my package, Purolator? It seems my package simply went out for a ride today. I contacted customer service and I filed a complaint with a manager who escalated the problem directly to the depot. Update (2024/02/28): The package appeared as out for delivery and then the status quickly changed to ‘heavyweight’ and therefore unable to deliver due to its weight. Again, my package simply went out for a ride! The status update said somebody from the depot would contact me to arrange for a delivery date. No such courtesy call was placed. I contacted customer service yet again, and the representative admitted that my situation is unacceptable and that it is in fact a depot issue. My case was escalated yet again after spending my entire lunch period from work on the phone. The customer service representative advised me that it’s likely my package will be delivered on Friday, March 1st 2024 and that someone from the depot will reach out to me to make arrangements for the delivery as two people are apparently needed to deliver my package. That did not happen. Why did it take three full business days for Purolator to realize that the item is ‘heavyweight,’ requiring two people to deliver? And why again does Purolator commit to delivering packages on time for paying customers when they are unable to fulfill their promises?! The cat-and-mouse game continues! Will my package be delivered March 1st, or is it being illegally withheld from me as a paying customer? Stay tuned, this review will keep on getting updated! Update (2024 02 29): The package was finally delivered BY ONE PERSON even though Purolator delayed delivery claiming that the package was ‘heavyweight,’ and therefore requiring two people. Why was my delivery delayed three days??
