I have been with Questrade for almost 2 years now. It has been overall easy to use. When I transferred my first account it was so simple! In the past few months I have had a few challenges with representatives on the phone not having answers to my more complex questions but when I got the right person on the chat or the phone they were excellent and were able to assist me with all my questions and all my account transfers promptly. They were also able to schedule callbacks for me with someone who they knew would be able to help. I wish it was a little more user friendly and had a few more features but overall I am very happy with my experience at Questrade.
