So I booked 3 rooms all inclusive in a hotel in Antalya at the beginning of the year, one room got booked with the hotel and apparently the other 2 couldn’t get booked as the hotel supposedly didn’t have availability, which was a lie, the hotel explained that if the reservation had been sent to them, all of the rooms would have been available. Why they only booked one? It’s illogical. 2 days before arriving they sent me an email saying they wanted to relocate only 2 rooms to a different hotel, how were we supposed to have a family holiday? Split from each other. It’s unreasonable!!! The hotel had a room available but we had to pay from our own pocket after all because none could do anything for us over the phone. They kept telling me to wait, they spoke to the hotel directly and they didn’t have any answers, it was just the worst day ever! I can’t begin to explain the amount of calls, emails and wasted energy and thought put into this situation. With 2 kids under 4, myself, 5 months pregnant, my mother over 65 and the waiting and stress, it’s disgusting, the way I was treated over the phone and via email was just out of this world. The worse service ever. I am never using this company again. Communication is non existent, I had first contact with a person called Alessia and she was so rude that in true desperation from my side, she hanged up the phone on me and was extremely unhelpful. Not what a customer needs when they have just been told 48 hours before arriving to our holiday hotel that it has not been booked! Totally appalling service. The day of my birthday and 48 hours they email me to say one of my bookings has not been confirmed and they needed to relocate me. Please just be aware of what kind of company they are!! hopefully I can get it out in the air with a newspaper so everyone can know the true story. I had to pay roaming services from all the phone calls and all the expenses we incurred whilst not having a room to check in to, with kids and adults waiting over 3 hours in the lobby of a hotel. Also, I had to be on the phone for hours whilst on holiday as we were in Turkey already! To make matters worse, they assured me that I would get my money back from the booking they obviously failed to book for me, as I HAD TO PAY A ROOM WITH MY OWN MONEY. 4 days after this was under investigation?!!! What! What was there to investigate?? All of it just seemed a joke! I had to phone them again whilst on holiday and demand my refund back as the only way we managed to stay in the hotel was paying an additional room with our own money. This was also an inconvenience as I was travelling with both my parents who are divorced and were not going to stay in a room together, so it meant we all had to split. You don’t deserve to be open to people. Your customer service is the worst I’ve experienced ever!

AWFUL COMPANY. Hotel booking in Lanzarote for this July cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances” even though it’s still available to book but the price has increased by 3.5k euro. Scammers!

CHECK VERY WELL, this company has hidden charges, better search on PRICELINE, EXPEDIA OR ANY OTHER COMPANY, I booked 3 nights in New York with this STAYFORLONG at the OYÓ Hotel in Times Squere, once I had checked in they charged me $45 for evening; when the confirmation email indicated a single hotel charge of $10. I filed a claim and after exchanging several emails, they told me: read the fine print in your confirmation email, there after several clips and instructions you will find that information. BE VERY CAREFUL if what you are looking for is the best price in a fair way.

Super scam this agency, never book. They say they cannot cancel the reservation after speaking to the customer service, and then they send an email directly with adjusted terms and conditions, avoid!
