A silly “freelance work platform” that exploits helpless freelancers seeking work. They deduct all sorts of charges from freelance workers without providing substantial work opportunities. Plus, they harbor all manner of crafty so called clients seemingly knowingly. This company should be investigated and closed down effective immediately! Shame on them!

This is not what everyone thinks it is. Upwork USED to connect clients and freelancers for free as it should be. However, now they charge for everything including initiating contracts with freelancers. They also now charge the freelancer to use said services. Why? It’s nothing more than a job posting site lol. I could do the same thing on social media, FOR FREE!! The quality of freelancers is horrible. If you select us devs only, it is still shown to overseas devs? Clearly they don’t care about their clients’projects and requirements.
