It’s the worst company and TV brand that exists, I strongly advise you not to buy a Hisense television, I bought a 156cm TV after 6 months, an incredible goal in terms of sound and image and they don’t want me change the TV they sent 2 technicians who saw that the TV was dead so they took the TV from me and gave me another 3 weeks later so I would have to live 3 weeks without a TV??? And their after-sales service to avoid is the most incompetent after-sales service I have had in my life.

My Hisense television stopped working overnight I called Hisense after-sales service to repair my television after visiting the Hisense repair service I called back to find out when I would get my television back, they told me that my file is closed and no repair service has been provided I signed a notice of passage so my television is currently in the wild and I am told that the manager will come back to me to find a solution I do not know if it is a prank but I hope someone will answer me quickly! I want my television repaired or a voucher to go get a new television, I was quite patient! I rarely give opinions but I want things to change. I would not like this matter to go any further.

I bought a 55-inch television, after 6 months the screen turned black with vertical colored lines, the after-sales service refused to support it under the pretext that there was an external shock just while looking at photos without giving explanations. Very unpleasant customer service, to avoid, television for 500€, disposable after 6 months.

Too bad we can’t put 0. CATASTROPHIC customer service. 6 months since I reported a breakdown, in 6 months I still have no solution and the warranty will be exceeded 🙃 They ask me the same thing twice… And radio silence. If you need them, don’t contact them!

Really too bad I can’t give zero stars!!! A real scam I buy a television from Conforama from the HISENSE brand I open the box the branch so far so good! I branch there is a line right in the middle of the screen and a task to the right. I contact them to warn them and get the insurance to work since the TV is brand new, never used, still under warranty of course since it is 24 hours old. The company has nothing other than to offer to send me their technician to charge €130 at my expense of course otherwise that would be too good. It’s been 3 weeks now that they don’t want to know anything. Results a TV of 9 not refunded magnificent bravo hisense does not change anything you are the best 👍
