Experiences
It is very unfortunate that one review was targeted to the manager, not owner of the club. Valerie has always been one to befriend anyone who is new, relatively new or regulars. From arrival, the door staff to the bar men, and when we have seen Valerie, they have always made my partner & I feel welcome to the establishment when we have been there. As with all staff, they go beyond to ensure that all patrons are made to feel comfortable and it is a relaxed environment. The staff are down to earth & extremely welcoming to all, we have never experienced any negative experiences at Chateau Vino! The theme nights are particularly our favourite nights to be there, as it is so much fun, all people are friendly, and extremely respectful of us “newbies”! Valerie was our first introduction to the club on arrival, she explained everything in detail, introduced us to those she knew, and the staff there have also been exceptionally friendly and we have never forgotten our first experience there, we felt like we belonged there right from the beginning! She explained if we ever had any concerns to ask to speak to the owner (I forgot his name), herself if she was there or the lovely & helpful staff who will go beyond to help you with anything! From our visits there, there is a zero policy on drugs & a responsible service of alcohol, we felt safe & extremely comfortable and since then have invited our friends into the scene & they have had some great nights! Unfortunately there will always be one that takes offence over the rules of any club, so as for the negative review, if you had one bad experience over a few years, than the rest of the times you went were of no problems. I personally think perhaps that bad review was a product of the fact that you may have been on the “grass clippings” within the establishment and once asked about it by staff, you have now posted a negative review in order to make this wonderful establishment look bad.

My partner n I have been a few times now and we absolutely love the place not sure what Kerry in the last review was on about because we met Val who is not the owner but told us Mick was and how amazing he is , if it wasn’t from the friendliness and warmth that Valerie displayed to us and all around we would probably not have come back , we highly recommend Chateau Vino to all and Valerie and ALL the staff are absolutely amazing can’t wait to go back …… Kerry I think maybe it’s you who is on the “grass clippings”

The owners (Mike and Deb) always welcome me with such kindness that gives me so much comfort to keep returning and I thank you both for that genuine care factor that I do enjoy myself. And I do 🙂 CV is the place I choose to dance, meet new people, catch up with old friends and just have a great night out. Year after year they win the award for best Adults Club and I know why…. They are the best.

Nice venue fantastic staff we found the venue to be very clean from the moment we walked in the front door we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were given a tour by one of the owners who answered all of our questions and put us straight at ease the DJ WAS REALLY GOOD playing a great variety of music and we found the other guests very attractive we will definitely be back for there NEW YEARS EVE PARTY
