As it says in one of the photos ‼️PARENTAL ADVISORY EXPLICIT LYRICS‼️hahaha so be prepared if you’re a family with kids visiting. But it was definitely one for the books!! Even the kids enjoyed it, such a cool and unique experience for them to “eat burgers and fries on a train car that sits on the roof of a building” so they told their friends and cousins. lol The customer service is exceptional. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. The Food was just a tad bit salty as in the fries and macNCheese bites. Wings were ok… Not the best. But we all thoroughly enjoyed our burgers!!! Too good and filling. I definitely recommend placing a booking if you want to experience eating on the train as we were a group of 6 who didn’t think tto book but were extremely lucky to have timed it perfectly as a family was just leaving. But they do reserve tables in the tram and there is also toilets on the rooftop train car. A whole flight of stairs for you to hike to get up to the top. There is also tables and seating available upon entrance at ground floor… There is a lift available cannot remember if it’s available for public use to get up there or staff only. Overall a good experience!!

Fun burger joint with an amazing view of the surrounding suburbs. Great burgers (the chicken burger was better than the beef) and the sweet potato fries were delicious too (a bit too heavy on the salt for my taste though). Pretty cool setting with the old school train seat patterns and the graffiti walls walking up to the restaurant area (reminds me of old school Melbourne). Food was served quickly and the staff were polite.

Loved the burgers, I got the oklahoma and rowdy to share so I could try a few options. They both won’t disappoint. Also got some loaded chips (not a fan of gravy and unfortunately I couldn’t request the gravy to be aside) and some tots, those last ones were really good as well. Total per person with a soft drink might be around $30.00, and it is fulfilling. The terrace area is quite fun, three trains carriage which makes the place unique… The only downside I would say is that the soft drink was delivered after finished my meal and followed myself talking to the staff, it seems like the order was missing or something… The staff was quite friendly.

This one is a little tricky. The vibes are obviously very unique and food presentation on point but overall it just missed the mark for me. I’m no stranger to Easey’s (or smash burgers in general) so this is not an off the cuff review. The food was a little underwhelming and frankly pretty cold. There is obviously care put into the construction and presentation, there’s no doubt about that, but the cooking was a bit rushed. I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and the wife got the single and the patties were undercooked, cold and honestly kind of sad and dull looking. No ‘crispified’ edges and very thin too and the buns not toasted for anywhere near what is usually expected (just compare my photo with others posted and you’ll see what I mean). The cheese and gravy fries looked incredible but as soon as I took one bite, I knew they’ve been either sitting there getting cold or they were someone else’s incorrectly ordered food – cold as ice. Also, I’m aware the staff use walkie-talkies but the communication between the people at the bottom and the people at the top needs work. All we get told is “yep, head on up” so up we go… only to be greeted by some obnoxious bro with dyed orange hair and a South American accent telling us to move tables due to “complicated reasons” after we’ve already settled and got our drinks. Just a bizarre dude and overall bizarre experience.

The Oklahoma fried onion cheeseburger was so OMG delicious, my father-in-law said afterwards that he now understood why people liked burgers (he doesn’t usually like or eat burgers). We loved the experience of dining in a tram on a rooftop, even though we had to climb several flights of stairs, but there’s a lift as well. Staff were awesome and helpful. Don’t visit on a public holiday though, as the surcharge is pretty high (20%) and I’m a little peeved that it was also applied to my purchase of a stubby holder!
