Wish I could leave 0 stars. Returned 4 items, only refunded for 2. Emailed customer service they said they’ve checked cctv and can confirm only 2 were received back to the warehouse. Escalated to a manager who was rude and has now stopped replying to me when I provided proof of return with the weight on. Every time I contact via webchat they end the chat when I enter the order number. Having to now seek legal advice

Left one star as I couldn’t score 0 ! Needed a dress for a birthday, ordered it two weeks ago, been told it will arrive within 5 working days, and now two days before the birthday still don’t have anything. They said they tried to deliver which they didn’t has I was at the location all day, no one ever came. Now they decided they will deliver one a day which I won’t be here as I’m traveling back, at an address 20min away from the address I have paid to be delivered to ! Customer service absolutely helpless that can’t even refund me when they haven’t been able to deliver a service I have paid for. And I have now nothing to wear and will have to rush to get something else ! Will never order from ever again !!

AWFUL!!! They’ve robbed me of £435 and refuse to investigate any further!!!! No sense of empathy or care and trying to get through to anyone who will help is beyond a nightmare! They accused me of not sending back what I did send back and have left me over £400 out of pocket on returns I’ve sent back!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!

Awful Company, haven’t delivered the things that i have paid for, and then said i was lying because they record all of their employees when picking orders. A load of rubbish. Items were missing due their mistake, and they wont replace the items that I purchased and paid for. Will be making a chargeback for the items not received. Appalling customer service.

This company has terrible sizing. They make women feel like they’re fat. In all shops I always have size 20. Sometimes 18. With this company I ordered size 26 and it was still small. I ordered 28 then, and it was too baggy and I feel like fat elephant in that dress. My self confidence and self-esteem is out of the window. What they’re doing is so wrong.
