We are finishing up a four night stay here and have loved every minute of our stay. The front desk gentleman when we checked in was awesome and from that point on, everyone we encountered here was so helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the location is fabulous!!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay we are sad to leave.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The concierge service was outstanding, with every request being met promptly and with genuine care. Their recommendations were spot-on, adding extra delight to our trip. In the restaurant, the service was exceptional, particularly from one staff member who took the time to accommodate my son’s allergies, even preparing special baked goods for him. Their attentiveness and thoughtfulness made our dining experience truly memorable. The front office manager and her team deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Not only did they upgrade us to a beautiful suite, but they also took the time to engage with us and share insights about Paris. When they learned that my son was unwell, they sent a thoughtful gesture of ginger lemon tea and baked goods, which was a welcome surprise and indicative of their genuine care for their guests. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The level of service provided by the entire staff made our experience unforgettable, and we cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. We look forward to returning in the future.
