Very happy with the installation. All went very smoothly. Hot water restored 2 hours post installation. Unit looks nice and the compressor is quiet. Looking forward to saving money on gas.

Unhappy! Sent the photos preinstall with the understanding that there was sufficient room to fit the hot water system. Ends up, the compressor / heat exchange unit was fitted side-ways because otherwise extra piping would be needed, and the plumber/subcontactor was “not paid enough for the job.” I can now barely get a wheely bin down the side walk. Also, there was no electrical certificate left (I thought that was mandatory?), no instruction manual, no receipt/invoice, and no warranty provided.

For a start, the Ecogenica heat pump unit is so efficient, quiet and I am now using 75% less electricity to heat our water than the previous electric unit. The installation process went ok but communicating with the company was very dodgy. I had actually given you up and looked for a different supplier, but then you finally got back to me. I thought I had made it very clear what I wanted but when the plumber arrived he did not know which unit I wanted. Fortunately he had a number of units on his truck. the install went ok but they did not level the concrete base the unit sits on and there is a very irritating 45mm out of vertical which looks awful. How do we rectify this? The plumber told me you would forward an instruction book or PDF on how to set up the electronics. Please forward this asap Your system has cropped my photo of the out of vertical unit. I put a straight edge on the unit which I set up to vertical which gives an idea of the problem.
