I’ve never felt so unvalued as a customer. Furthermore, their claims process is a nightmare. They make it incredibly difficult to file a claim, and even when you manage to jump through all their hoops, they find every excuse in the book to delay or deny your claim. It’s as if they’re actively trying to avoid fulfilling their obligations. On top of all this, their coverage is ridiculously overpriced for the level of service you receive. I’ve found much better deals with other insurance companies that actually value their customers and provide efficient, hassle-free service. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against choosing Carpeesh Insurance for your insurance needs. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually cares about its customers.

If you are reading this PLEASE do not go with this car insurance company. They have the worst customer service, I had a car that I thought caught on fire plus water damage. All to find out they don’t cover it, obviously I didn’t read the fine print but if you pay for FULL COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE on a vehicle you would think they would cover you. There now trying to get me to repay them for hire car, tow, truck, on top of the fact they haven’t covered my car, which according to the independent accessor it’s a complete right off. I’m amazed at the reviews I’m reading. It strikes me as quite interesting that Carpeesh is accusing complaining customers of defamation and has even said there could be consequences. They also seem to be disclosing information that could be private. I’m reading an article on Insurance News where AFCA have forced them to pay a claim that they unreasonably declined. Someone forgot to register their car and they declined the claim, even though the lack of registration had nothing to do with the loss. Thank goodness we have AFCA and the Insurance Contracts Act to protect consumers.

My partner was involved in an accident while driving my car. She told me about it & told me she had a verbal agreement with the driver of the other car & that they would both be responsible for their own repairs. Next thing we start to hear from Carpeesh wanting to hold her responsible. The other driver had gone back on her agreement. I got her to take me to the site of the accident & have her detail what happened. I then phoned Carpeesh to discuss the letter that placed her at fault. The guy i spoke to lied in the first place by saying there was dash cam footage. I know he lied because of his description of what happened. He said my partner was pulling out from the side of a main road therefore under the law she was in the wrong. He refused to even listen to her version of events, claiming it was open & shut. At this point i got irate & abusive because he refused to listen. If he really had dash cam footage he would be aware that it was a T intersection, & his client came around the corner while my partner was pulling out from the Kerb. She was in a hurry to pull into the shop & cut across the path of a car that was pulling out with it’s indicator on. My partner could only look in the side mirror to see if it was clear when she was pulling out. She couldn’t tell a car was going to fly around the corner, then veer across her path to park. I’ve dealt with several insurance claims & companies over the years. They have always been polite, patient & attentive. This guy was just rude, abrupt, accusing & refused to listen. It’s easy to see why they are rated so poorly. A very unprofessional organisation.

Recently I insured my car with carpeesh. Last week its involved in accident and luckily not my fault. I contact for insurance and they send me long list like demerit points and mainly last five years insurance history and advice me to get all of my previous insurer. Finally I decided to cancel this insurance and fix by myself its cost $1200. If you guys wants peace of mind please stay away from them.
