Very happy with the whole process from initial meeting to install. Excellent communication at each stage from the Climasolar representative… every thing was explained to me in easy to understand terms . The friendly and experienced install team arrived on time as scheduled and had my system installed in three hours. A very proffessional job. The inspection and hook up happened within a week of install..I’m now generating power. I have only good things to say about my experience , from the charming sales guy Ben & Jack the consultant who explained everything really well to me otherwise I would not have signed up . The team who fitted the solar panels were all friendly & efficient & I felt confident that they all knew what they were doing & took time to discus the process & an issue that cropped up & they had a discussion with a superior about how to resolve the problem & I felt like it was not hurried &felt confident that everyone did a great job .
